I am a cookbook junkie, and have recently been on a panini kick. This cookbook is great. Has lots of creative combinations and ideas. Everything I've tried so far has been yummy and easy to make. I am planning on combining this cookbook with an electric panini maker for an upcoming wedding gift.

With a glut of panini recipe cookbooks on the market, it is my opinion that "200 Best Panini Recipes" stands head and shoulders above the others. There is a good selection of recipes for various types of condiments (aolis, mayonnaise, remoulades....) and the paninis range from your basic Ham and Cheese to a more exotic Blue Cheese, Chicken and Apple Panini. For those that like seafood, there are some really great Po'Boy panini's. Wonderful pictures. All in all, one of the best cookbooks I have.
