Purchased this cookbook when I purchased my electric fondue set after a dinner at the Melting Pot. Made the Swiss Cheese fondue. First time I made fondue and it was as good as at the restaurant. Great directions, pictures, easy to follow.

This is an awesome cookbook for the newbie fondue-maker, like me! I'm enjoying making the recipes eating the finished product is even better.
I've never been to the Melting Pot as there is none in my area of Canada, but I've heard terrific things about the restaurant, from many people. I'm looking forward to trying it and using a coupon from the back of the book, on my next holiday to the USA.
If you like fondues and want a good cookbook with beautiful photographs, too this one is a "must" for your kitchen!

After a visit to the Melting Pot, I decided to purchase the cookbook. Not only did it have wonderful pictures, but was very informative. This is a great book for the "fondue curious "

Great cookbook, as good as the restaurant. Lots of ideas to make a fondue party even more fun. I'd always cooked the meat in oil, but this gives lots of recipes for more healthful cooking in broth.
