I googled electric knives and th Cuisinart CEK-40 was the top rated. One review suggested I try Amazon for the best price and I found Amazon to have the lowest price bt $22. Knife arrived quickly and it cuts through a whole chicken and roast beef with ease. cleaning and storing are a snap. Glad to reccommend.Cuisinart CEK-40 Electric Knife
