Created from a thick piece of nonporous and odor-resistant polypropylene, the board features hand-friendly tapered grips that serve the dual purpose of slip-resistance. And, because both sides are designed for chopping, you can slice raw chicken on one side then flip it over to dice onions on the other without cross-contamination. Knives like this cutting board, too, because it maintains sharp edges while resisting deep scratches.
