Caramel Pudding

Easy easy easy! Overwhelming taste!


2 tins of evaporated milk
175g brown sugar
20g caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence


1. Caramelize the brown sugar and add a little water. Stir and pour caramel into a heatproof glass dish and set aside.

2. Beat caster sugar and eggs together then sieve the mixture. Add evaporated milk and vanilla assence. Stir well.

3. Pour mixture into the glass dish and steam on high heat until it sets.

4. when done,inwards onto serving dish and serve hot or cold.
