Ginger Chicken Soup

It has all the flavours in the soup.


300 grams boneless chicken; cubes
1 cup mushrooms; sliced
2 cups coconut milk
2 tbsp shredded ginger
2 tsp lemon grass; chopped
4 fresh red chillies; chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli oil
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste


1. Pour the coconut milk in a pan and heat for about 2 minutes.

2. Add chicken, mushrooms, ginger, lemon grass, red chillies, lemon juice and fish sauce. Mix well.

3. Boil on medium level for about 6 minutes and put off the flame.
