Roast Beef

A tender and juicy roast beef.


4 pound beef, roast
6 potatoes
8 carrots
2 (11 oz) cans golden mushroom soup
1 package brown gravy mix
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper


1. Brown roast in frying pan with garlic salt and pepper, then put in roasting pan.

2. Peel and cut carrots.

3. Cut potatoes into quarters.

4. Place potatoes and carrots around roast.

5. Combine soup and gravy mix and pour over the top

6. Cover tightly and bake at 300 for 4-5 hours.
