Thai Braised Meat Balls

Authentic taste!


Ingredient A
400g minces meat.( chicken or pork)
150g minced prawn meat.
1 tbsp chopped water-chestnut.
1 tbsp chopped carrot.
1 tbsp chopped basil leaves.
salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients B
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp that sweet chili sauce
400ml broth (sobests flour solution)


1. Mix Ingredients A, divide into small balls, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove.

2.Boil sauce in pot, add in meat balls, reduce to low heat and simmer until meat balls become tender.

3. stir in flour solution, remove and serve it hot!
